A reset fee of $200 will be incurred to setup the fence again or move toilet.
Conditions of Hire:
- The hirer is responsible for the care of all products supplied as stated on the tax invoice and delivery docket.
- The hirer will be liable for the cost of all damaged, lost or stolen products supplied by Ahoy Hire whilst in their possession
- All charges/fines form the council are the responsibility of the customer/owner
- By agreeing to the initial payment, you accept all terms and conditions outlined above and consent to any further payments being charged to your credit card for the extension of the hire and or damage/loss replaced at cost.
This is a payment claim under the ‘Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002’.
